As a researcher for Technical Futures my main task is sourcing applicants from an Executive Search standpoint- researching suitable, passive candidates to fill 'hard to find' roles. A large portion of my role is searching locally, nationally and globally to find the perfect match for specialist positions, ensuring that candidates meet client requirements and company fit.
