Niche Modular is recognised as a national leader in offsite manufacturing of residential, civic and commercial modular and hybrid building solutions. They deliver a growing portfolio of public and private sector projects utilising seamless, integrated manufacturing and construction methodologies and currently recruiting an experienced Operations/ Factory Manager to launch and oversee operations in their new Auckland manufacturing facility.

The Role

• Lead the Auckland operations for the Group, managing all aspects of the build process from factory to site and handover.
• Oversee the training, mentoring, and supervision of the Auckland operations.
• Manage the planning and delivery of production schedules and programmes.  
• Act as Project Lead across a diverse range of projects and programmes.  

The Candidate

• Significant experience delivering complex construction projects and programmes under tight timeframes.
• Sound understanding of New Zealand Building Codes & Practices.
• Strong project management, organisational, and time management skills.
• Modular/offsite experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client management skills
