Technical Futures is currently recruiting a Group Support Adviser with experience in the construction or sub-trade sectors to join a busy team in Petone. Niche Group is a fast- growing, innovative group of construction and engineering businesses that deliver high-quality commercial and modular construction solutions across New Zealand.

The Role:

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team with administrative, operational and project support including managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling; preparing, proofing, and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents; and coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reconciliation.
• Assist with tender documents and marketing materials
• Identify and pursue potential business development opportunities for the organisation
• Support executive decision-making through research, information gathering, and document preparation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 4-8 years of experience in a business support or sales administration
• Exposure to Sales, Marketing and Account Management – ideally within the construction industry or sub-trades sectors
• Have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be confident, enthusiastic, decisive, and driven
• Have great attention to detail
• Keen to learn and grow
