As the Civil Design Leader you will be responsible for creating and maintaining key relationships with clients, scoping new projects, and monitoring major works through to completion. This includes managing, mentoring, and motivating design engineers working on a variety of projects across the country; streamlining design processes to help propel future projects to success; maintaining vital communications with clients/stakeholders; and providing design expertise on projects when necessary. There are multiple programmes on the go, and this is a great chance to help shape New Zealand’s water networks.
We are interested in speaking with design leaders- ones that have passion for their work, drive to grow their team and the organisation, and dedication to making New Zealand’s wastewater infrastructure systems safe, efficient, and reliable. If you have at least 8 years’ experience in pipelines, water or wastewater design engineering and want to lead a high calibre team of engineers within a well-established, reputable consultancy then this is the role for you!
